In order for your practice to use the post code module as explained here, then you will need a licence.
Your practice may have purchased a licence to use a regional or national postcode database; if you do not have access to the postcode database but would like to purchase a licence for this, please contact MWI Animal Health Sales at mwiah.co.uk If you have such a licence, you can use the Merlin system to look up client addresses from the postcode button to ensure that details are accurate.
Ensure that the practice has the rights to use the postcode database. Postcode data is sold in regional units based on the first letters of the postcode, for example CA - Carlisle Postal Area, M - Manchester Postal Area, SP - Salisbury Postal Area. Vet Space will activate the areas you purchase within the system. |
