The following facts are important to know in the best use of the application to reduce errors and duplication.
The data will pick up the latest information on a schedule, the first load of the day is larger and includes your price list.
Each subsequent sync will pull the latest appointments.
The change in status on the mobile app will update the appointment status in the PMS, including Arrived, Treated, Paid and Cancelled/Failed to Show.
The data is downloaded to your mobile device and therefore may take a minute or two to download the full price list, stock, batches, appointments, client details, patient details and clinical history.
Some actions require a live connection and are not saved to the device such as the follow up appointment
Synchronisation does not
occur while an appointment is active (after the Start Appointment button)
until that appointment has been saved.
The data for the appointments saved for later will only be retained until the end of the day, all work must be saved.
Any saved work will be uploaded on the next sync.
The stock centre selected when logging in is where all work will be recorded against, therefore it is important to select the correct stock centre where your stock and clinical transactions are to appear.
This cannot be changed within the app later on work already saved.
The app allows the recording of work and provides a representative pricing which do not include discounts which the client may receive, when the work is invoiced within the app, this will synchronise with the PMS and apply any discounts. Invoices will be dispatched from the PMS.
The appointment work list includes all appointments where the app user names' practitioner is assigned as the Day List Practitioner.
The name of the practitioner is assigned to the user name used within the app, all work entered is automatically saved in the PMS with this practitioner.
The booking of a follow up appointment requires a live data connection to the PMS, therefore you must have a mobile data connection or Wi-Fi connection.
This process will connect to the PMS and collect the availability for the selected date for your practitioner (allocated to the app username).
Printing labels is done via a blue tooth printer, we have tested with the Zebra .... printer.
The printer is connected to your device via the settings menu which the App will find.
