HCP Setup

Health Care Plan Administration has been designed to make the setup of Plans in your practice as simple as possible, whilst giving flexibility to tailor plans to your practice's needs.

To start the administration of your plans, navigate to Administration > Healthcare.

In order to setup Health Care plans, the following steps are required:

1) Create Health Plan Treatment Groups.
2) Assign Health Plan Treatment Groups to Codes in Code Entry.
3) Create Health Care Plans.

Prior to setting up your plans, we recommend reading the HCP Guidance page, performing market research and speaking to your health care plan direct debit provider (if they provide veterinary health care plan consultancy).
